Captain Muhammad Latifur Rahman is a distinguished Bangladeshi expatriate who has been residing in Texas, United States, for over four decades. His educational journey began at Dhaka Holly Cross Kindergarten and continued through Dhaka Intermediate Technical College in Tejgaon, where he completed his graduation. In 1980, he furthered his academic and professional pursuits by completing his Commercial Pilot Training at the Philippines School of Aviation, subsequently obtaining a Commercial Pilot License. His initial ambition was to serve as a pilot with Biman Bangladesh Airlines, for which he successfully completed the qualifying examinations.
